Digital Product Policy
All products sold through Start Your Calligraphy are delivered digitally. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You did not receive access to the purchased digital product.
- The digital files are corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- A technical error on our end prevents delivery of the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.
- Not having the required device, software, or internet access.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Lack of use after receiving access to the product.
- Personal preference regarding content, design, or learning style.
Subscription Products
If your purchase includes a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund previous payments already processed.
